Ok, well basically like it or lump it. I've personally had enough of this topic - moderators do their job for free. Sometimes decisions need to be made quickly to prevent situations getting out of hand. Nock may have been in the wrong place at the wrong time, I don't know - but I'm sure that he wasn't a completely innocent bystander. If somebody does something offensive, then use the *report button* don't go flinging offensive comments back or you're stringing yourself up. Stop holding moderators to account for such pathetic reasons, the majority are happy - and as the old adage goes, you can't please all the people all the time.

It sounds like you have a fair bit to learn. 'Free Speech' is non existant in reality, even on the street. Extreme, offensive views are not free to air on this forum, and quite often are only posted to cause an argument. This is forum about Lupos, if people come here looking for information about Lupos and are offended by other content then that content will be removed. Good luck with your petition. (and permanent bans are very rarely given, it's likely Tom has just been given a short time off to reconsider his behaviour).
