  8. Hey there, I know the wing mirrors are different sizes already for passenger and drivers side. My drivers side took a battering and got hit, looking at replacing it... Now if I was to buy a drivers side "stubby" mirror, are they the same size as the standard passenger side mirror, or would I have to buy a pair of "stubby" mirrors. Cheers

  10. Well this is the details of the speakers. 4 ohm impedance 50 watts RMS 100 watts peak power Frequency response: 65-20,000 Hz Sensitivity: 91 dB Than I've looked at a 2 channel amp just for the speakers. 400W Pioneer one, what's the thought on this one for what I need it for. http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/product_m-pioneer-gm-a3602_p-31984.htm
  11. So what kinda amp should I look for, to add to the speakers... I just guessed there be a bit better than my standard ones
  12. Well got them in the end for £51 so wasn't too bad there £90 odd new. Well there's an amp on the sub if that's what you mean.
  13. Well this is the sub I got http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0031HUI4W?pc_redir=1395641061&robot_redir=1 Like I said got it basically for free so and complain. Just looking for new speakers. I already own some extreme audio 6.5" componants which are yet to be installed.... But I can see now reviews on how good these actually are as there a pretty unknown brand. Wanted to get some new decent make ones like this focals
  14. Yea maybe not holding my hopes up.. But got it free from a mate, sounded quite good in his old car. But more to the point will these speakers fit ha
  15. Okay. Well they may go cheap so if can get me cheap was gunna go for them. I've got a 10" edge sub with amp combined. That's yet to be all wired up. With alpine double din head unit.
  16. Hi guys seen some focal componants. Wanting to upgrade my speakers. 5" componants. Will these fit straight in or will certain adapters need to be bought. Cheers lads.

  20. Okay, so after my mirror got pretty much destroyed I've begun the process of repairing it. Now I've managed to sort everything out apart from the mirror! My old man bought one from Halfords, following the right numbers in there little booklet and it was too small, I'm guessing it was for a stubby mirror, mines a lot larger This is the first one purchased - SR478 http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_187975_langId_-1_categoryId_165681 I tried one for an Arosa in halfords today, was about a couple of cm too long?? Can someone please shed some light on this and point me in the direction of the correct size, I have MOT in a week.... As its heated will this mean I have to search for a different kind of mirror
  21. Okay than, I'll give that idea a go, would be so much cheaper too... Is this the stuff?? stuff?? http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_223979_langId_-1_categoryId_255230 so tempted to just sticker bomb the mirror covers now I'd have a blank canvas, go with my rear view mirror ha
  22. what is this grey part... what is it called, made off and how easy to get hold of???
  23. Okay cheers Geoff I'll hunt around for metal but. Casing no biggie.
  24. Yea I know about cap that's fine. It's the metal backing to it. Behind the back f the mirror, it's cracked that's the main problem at the moment.
