  1. The interior is really good actually, almost no wearing which I thought is fantastic. Also, the cambelt was changed at 90k miles, so it's done 15k on the current one. I think they need changed every 40k, right? Thanks for all the nice words guys.
  2. Hey guys, I've been looking around for Lupo's now since I passed my test on monday (woohoo) and I've found one nearby. It's got 105k miles, which doesn't bother me because it's had lots of servicing. The servicing includes; 4 new tyres, new pedalbox (I know this is a common fault with Lupos), new timing belt, new rear springs and it's MOT'd for a year. I went to have a look over it today and it looks fantastic, a lot of the work was done by a VW mechanic and it starts first time. What do you guys think?
  3. That's great man, thanks a lot
  4. Hey guys, first post so here goes I'm essentially gonna be passed my driving test within the month or so, and I'm looking to get a 1.0 Lupo as my first car as they're relatively cheap to buy and insure. I'm just looking for some advice as the main qualms my parents have is that a 1 litre will have almost no guts about it and that most of them have generally high mileage. Can anyone give me some advice on this? I.e. does it have some guts (not looking to race, just don't want to be straining the engine) and what's a good mileage to buy it at? Cheers, Dillan EDIT: forgot to mention that they're awesome looking little cars too!
