  1. Mmm. Me too. That's why I'm flogging it . Also got K11 GTV for sale if anyone has an Alfa GTV.
  2. Selling my lupo related registration. £450 or near offer. Anyone interested before it goes to a registration plate site?
  3. You won't regret getting a 1.4 TDi with a re-map. Mines at 108BHP and 182 Nm. (£200 at Jabbasport in 2005). It was done 140,000 miles ago (now at 175,000), I do about 1,200 miles a month and no problems with reliability. Fuel consumption is down to about 49-51 mpg on long run at around 80-85 mph. Don't know what it will do at lower cruising speeds; never tried it; never wanted to. Still on the original clutch and drive shafts and only recently changed the suspension all round. Value for money or what?
  4. Hi Lupilu, Just to reassure you, the car should be fine. I've been running mine with a Jabbasport re-map to 108 bhp (confirmed on the dyno) with a corresponding increase in torque (can't remember how much unless I dig out the dyno chart) for nearly 100,000 miles now. The re-map was done at 37,000 and I'm now on 135,000. No problems whatsoever except not quite as frugal as it once was. Could be down to the way it's driven I suppose but it's a lot of fun. I also have an 3.0L Alfa GTV and a SEAT Leon FR (for sale, £3,100) and I can honestly say I've had more of a hoot in the Lupo. Did Italy and back in a week a couple of years ago and it never missed a beat. Spend the money and enjoy it !!!
  5. Can't believe the quotes on here. My 1.4 TDI is £380 a year with Autotrader. That's with a Jabbasport re-map to 109 BHP and lowered slightly. Admiral wouldn't touch me when I got it 5 years ago but Autotrader accepted it for £295. It's gone up by about £20 a year but still a bargain compared to most by the looks of it. Mind you, being 58 helps!!!
