Hi guys been a while not done alot me really , fitted boost gauge airfilter behind bumper so 3 inch all way now to tip pipe. Car is all together and parked up due to weather i dont like getting her wet lol. I will try get some more picks up just not had much time as i need to finish house before baby comes. Cheers guys

Change of plan with vr6 lupo bought a polo gti instead as a run around untill this finished , vr6 will be its challenge tho soon as its time tho . Any guys going tatten park weekend be cool to meet up

Got the lupo out today for its first time driving. Got the shafts fitted over the week end great fit to . I must say car pulls well just need injectors in and a map now so i can get on with the interior .

Cheers dave its alot of work only part i never done was the wiring as i didnt have time to strip it down etc. Next plan is vr6 turbo lupo im out looking to buy 1 this week as a daily till this is set up

Little more down over last few days , iv put dash and trims back in much easier taking it out i must say. Also iv taken some shafts i knocked up after lots of calculations/measurements to work out how much play cv's need and how long shafts need to be, they worked and now being made freshly and balanced. Hoping to have shafts back weekend so i can pick them up onway back from oulton park saturday. Fuel pump has been changed to a standard gti turbo one as advised by r tech? Was wanting a uprated one really o well they said doesnt need it to be the power im after.

Cheers jack I made all the mount yes , you need mk4 mount from vw and weld in place custom gear box mount will the top part of lupo one on it. Engine is a agu with standard ger box best thong is by a golf tou have 90% of stuff then cheers

Ye bantan i get ya , well they done a cracking job for me but you do need to send your car and engine loom if you want it making up. Any probs just ask here to help if i can

I paid £400 with ecu decoded so you will have to ask him . Its not hard to do you self im just way to biz with work and get house ready for the little to come along. Cheers pal

Few up dates bit more pink and intercooler mounted and piped up, just waiting for vr6 maf and then doing something with filter maybe behind wing .

Intercooler has arrived next job for me . Started to mount the cooler today just need to knock the brackets up and collect my hoses

Get it do e just buy a golf pick them up for next to nothing now mounts are simple just get wiring and shafts made up

Ready to go All done turbo back 2.5 inch with 2.75 rolled lip tip Called home and give it a quick wash as it was getting dusty

bit of a up date car going for custom exhaust tomorrow and intercooler and pipe work ordered . anyone recommend a good mapper for these conversions

Cheers buck Few little up dates got brakes now. had shop around alittle to find rear lines 3 sets later and bit of fresh copper job done. Used ap racing prf660 fluid apex front lines corrado g60 red stuff pads and grooved discs Rears goodridge mk4/mk2 golf caliper hoses and lupo gti flexis on axle to car, little bit of copeers between. Millers oil and vw filter Just need to sort new coolant fluid and power steering fluid out . New radiator and slim fan fitted , put bit of water in today and it started first time few jobs left before running tho. Anew addition has popped along to help now and hopefully speed things up Cheers for looking guys

Fe more little jobs been done , manifold fitted changed the oil (millers 5w 40). Brakes and clutch all connected up now new bleed nipples here used ap racing prf660 fluid. Power steering fluid come today now just need to sort out which coolant to go for vw fluid may be. Front pannel back on now with new radiator and slim line fan , small bit of cutting had to be done around the manifold and throttle body .

cv joints now sort they sent me the wrong ones that wrecked my head hahaha, o well sorted now
