  5. 2002 52 Reg VOLKSWAGEN LUPO 1.4 SPORT TDI PRICE DROP £2,000 https://www.flickr.com/photos/50879761@N05/sets/72157657463405566 3 Owners FSH 96,000 miles Manual SILVER Diesel £30 per year road tax MPG 53 to 70 – depends how you drive! Hello All I have for sale my Lupo 1.4 Tdi, 2 owners before me and I bought the car in 2012 with 42, 00 miles on it. It has been my commute car covering 70 miles per day since 2012, all A road and motorway. Full Service History – dealers and then local independent. Cambelt changed as per service schedule, anything was broken or in need of replacement has been e.g. window motor. Fuel relay changed. Remapped by Awesome Gti – Manchester 7/7/14 – everything else original owners pack, 2 keys, Good condition throughout – runs, pulls and drives as should, it is a great car – so in all transparency Bad things Original owner smoked so some marks (– I am a non- smoker ) paint work has small chips and a light scratch down the driver’s side, plus a dull patch on driver side. Central locking does not respond to fob, so you have to open it manually. Indicator stalk sticks on left turns - sometimes – it has been replaced and still does it. Genuinely loved and cherished, so £2,250. any questions just message please ...oh based NW England/Lancashire Photos would be here but I am clearly technical unable to load up...advice please? On Flickr
  6. Hello so a remap by Awesome gti done and very happy, what next on the list to make the TDI 'better' okay so not looking to go too far from the original style but to enhance the driving I do a 70 mile Motorway and A road commute so would like to retain some comfort so is it suspension......if so what to ...anti roll/lowering exhaust............ alloys/wheels....... Advice welcome
  7. thanks been scanned twice no faults.....apparently. So struggling with finding a cause
  8. relay changed sluggish not really, power drops within 50 feet of roundabout, noise no 100% not overheating new sensor fitted 6 months ago..............also no signs of overheating thanks for ther eply
  9. Hello first post but long time reader. I own a 02 1.4TDI, I bought it 25 months ago with 35,000 miles on it FSH, now 81,000 miles FSH due to 70 mile daily commute on A roads and Motorway. Having owned lots of Golf Gtis I have to say this is one of the best cars I have owned.....so the problem and this has occurred 6 times in 25 months driving along approaching a roundabout or junction, decelerating and the engine cuts out...all power goes battery lights come on (probably all the others) and then I restart the engine it cranks over but does not catch, sounds like the engine is trying to start but seems no fuel is getting in judders and the after anything from20 seconds to a minute starts up and kicks into life. Taken it to garages and they have replaced fuel filters and found nothing wrong with it. Just had the fuel relay switch replaced after an internet search BUT the car has cut out again at a junction. So can anyone offer a solution? or a Reputable Knowledgeable Garage NW England? Taken to two locals one after VW Franchise told me car was too old to look at! Both local ones are good but this seems to be a specialist incident Really love the car but I am worried it will cut out on the motorway BUT to date it is only on deceleration at roundabouts and junctions. Also would a remap help? All Help thoughts and ideas welcome!
