    Wheels

have a look through readers rides and see if you can find some inspiration, but if you do go for bbs don't buy the cheap fakes and try and pull them off as genuine, if you need anywhere to look go wheel-whores.com, ebay, theres also a page on facebook that sell and swap wheels or even the classified ads on here. but its all down to your self at the end of the day with choosing which wheels you want
  4. be carful with getting the door card clips from vw if you can take a couple off the car so they know what ones too get they orderd me the wrong ones :/
  5. good start looks like you need to get some glue remover on there to get ride of what looks like left over glue? or if its the way the paint is then get some compounds on there to get rid of the 'shadows' bet looks better with out the actually badges
  6. that's fair enough, not all coilover ride horrible depends how much your willing to send really
  7. the only thing that might be a problem is the 55 profile but if your not going really low then u should be safe but best to test fit tho

  10. unsure about the adaptors, why not go for coilovers? can have what ever ride height you feel best with
  11. they just took my key and used that to programme the spare key and also cut the spare key, they don't take any money till its been tested in you car and if it dosnt work they get it sorted
  12. do whats called the 'joey mod' take the glass of the front of the head light and spray the inside pink rather then black http://forums.clublupo.co.uk/index.php?/topic/86460-doing-the-joey/?hl=%2Bjoey+%2Bmod even an example video in there its for a golf but its the same concept

  14. speak to truCido he's build a racing arosa cant remember what hes running, but his is purely for track use (here is his build thread http://forums.clublupo.co.uk/index.php?/topic/59802-lupo-race-build/ )
  15. the gti is running 125bhp standard (im abit confused)
  16. the 1.4 sports come in two variants 75bhp version and the 100bhp version (centre exit exhaust) so didn't have to get the extra 25 bhp was already there on tap
  17. my 1.4 was the 100bhp one and it was pretty good on fuel and had the poke to keep up with 1.6s, yeah the gti is an expensive option but its a good investment in my eyes
  18. I had a 1.4 16v sport first then moved on too a gti, cant fault the gti long as u get one that been well looked after, IMO well worth the money
  19. thanks for all the love guys

  21. yeah but working at a supermarket I really don't want people that just swing open there car doors open and dent up my side, the space that im parked into isn't actually a space its a corner, but thanks im loving her cant get enough well worth the money
  22. been here for a while now, did have a 1.4 16v sport ( http://forums.clublupo.co.uk/index.php?/topic/88148-lupo-14-16v-100bhp/ ) but I decided that after having it for a year that I would upgrade to a GTI as I love how they look and feel, once id decided that I was gona get a GTI, I had to find one with the right mileage and service history ( at the right price of course ) I came across a raven blue GTI in amazing condition full service history, 82k, and the right price. had to drive up from the isle of Wight to south wales in my 1.4, it wasn't all smooth sailing heading up there, had a blow out in the fast lane as I got into wales my rear tyres were stretch and managed to start to separate the tread from the side wall that was scary, this is how it looked at the side of the motor way: luckily got it sorted and a new tyre and made It to buy the GTI, had to get a picture of the pair of my cars at the services tho: the GTI was already lowerd when I got her, had a couple of marks on the paintwork but was soon sorted, not planning to really do much more want to keep it looking as it is clean and OEM well that's the storey of how I got the car might do the odd thing to it, have know put the red piping round the grill which brings it out nicely, now here are all the pictures iv been taking there a mix of my Nikon d3200 and just off my iphone, hope you all like it cars always parked like this at work: enjoy well that's it for now im sure there will be more photos soon will post them as I do them, again hope you guys enjoy the pictures will be attending traxs and players too so keep an eye out for me
  23. don't know if olliea3 is still using the forum any more as this is such as old post but just noticed iv know got this car
