I can't justify spending that much on a set of alloys. Updates coming soon, Aluminium pedals fitted and tt interior has arrived, can't wait to get time to fit it.

I painted it. Yeah was silver, don't get out in it that much, usually floating round in a white vw caddy.

Pretty chuffed to win best Lupo at Castlewellan, didn't expect to seeing as the purists will say its not a vw colour. New sticker, this is what happens when I get board.

Don't mean to sound bad but i thought the castlewellan show was quite good, id never been to it before and I'm not a regular show attender.

This sounds like a very messy area, There is a lot that can go wrong causing damage to the ecu etc.

This car hasn't had much money spent on it tho ....... I just don't know what wheels i would change too. Open to suggestions.....

I know some people are going to be very against stickers in general. I normally am but i thought this wouldn't hurt.

I just wanted to keep it clean and simple. I think you can do too much and it looks like its heavily modified. This way people can appreciate how much a colour change can affect the look of a car. I never expected so many people to like it. I thought there was going to be a lot of hate for this. Thanks Everyone!

Thanks everyone. Only a few wee finishing touches to do. Hoping to get a half roll cage for the rear next and remove the rear seats for a false floor.

Got a new radiator fitted while the bumper was off as I noticed it was damp round the corner of the radiator and it was looking a bit tatty. Very easy job to replace. Also ordered and fitted pop out rear windows. Have to say these are a nice modification all be it a little expensive. Fitted a new windscreen as mine had sores and a crack in the bottom corner from before I bought the car. It seemed a shame to paint a car and have a bad looking windscreen. Roof is painted Metallic Grey Thats all for now. Hopefully be back later with some more photos of the car built up ready for wet sanding and polishing.
