It feels like I can move it quite a bit left and right before start moving the tyres, like if it wasn't much resistance to my movements from the wheel

Hi all, I have a Lupo for the last few months that passed all test and checks. Since yesterday the steering wheel feels very loose and this morning was even more. I am a bit concern as this happens quite suddenly. Any suggestions on what the problem might be and if it will be very expensive to put it right?

the company do exist, I don't know about the car, I have tried to find it online by the registration number but I don't get a clear link

Hi, this is a general question, not related exclusibly to a car, but I have received in my house a letter from a hpi check company with details of a volskwagen golf car (mine is a Lupo), with my full address but with someone else name. I am a bit worried this might be some sort of fraud. Is this happen to anyone and what do you do about it?
