  1. I have a similar problem. I took the control panel off last year and struggled after replacing it to (what seemed to be) route that mentioned wire correctly again. Now it seems the cable is too long as it must now be routed somewhere different and shorter. I can easily get cold air, though as the cable is too long, the arm under the dash that the wire connects to does not move completely to the hot position. Anyone know any tips for routing the wire correctly or getting that metal clip on somewhere that keeps the wire in place? I would just shorten the cable but you'll be losing the ends that allow it to attach correctly. If it worked before it must work now somehow!
  2. Sorted, think the issue is the wire having too much lenth anyway
  3. How do you adjust the tension of the wire for the hot/cold? Had issues with only blowing cold but the wire isnt in the most free place ive ever seen and can get get it hotter and colder than isual by moving the wire manually too
  4. Thats the easiest thing ive ever done :/ thanks or your help anyway! Ive been looking for so long trying to discover what to do!
  5. Which clips is it to release the drawers? Theres the ones on the top side at the front, the only other one i can see is possibly one on either side underneath, right in the centre of each drawer. Why dont they make things easy?!
  6. How do you actually get the cup holder out of the whole casing part? I want to swap cup/tray to Opposite sides, keep smashing my hand off my drinks when driving haha :/
  7. Ive just got a whiteline arb, what are the bushes included like compared to powerflex polys? As i assumed these included with the arb are poly anyway?
  8. check your pm's Sold btw...
