If you say there are no icons illuminated when turning the car over its the ignition switch, just had my clutch done and luckily the switch went totally while its was in the garage. My car used to intermittently start when it was going... Hope this helps! Batesy

Just been getting my clutch done on my mk1 1.0, clutch is changed and the car wont start. No ignition lights at all. Car will turn over on the key but will not allow itself to start? Anyone with any info? Cheers Batesy
