yeah, i've tried to different leads, it used to work on my old headunit but it stopped working one day but thought the old one had given up the ghost as it was ancient, looking at it i think i may have pinched and broke a wire on the cars wiring harness, need a multimeter to figure out which one

i know it wouldn't be designed for a lupo but air is set on a pressure and i'm sure would give better ride comfort then being fully dropped static, was only wondering if it'd fit that was all

Air bags won't do a lot if they've already gone off -
air bag light and m.o.t

i disabled them with vagcom, purely because i'd had the discussion with a few people about how supposedly a hard knock to the sub frame sets off the sensor for your air bags, as my subframe is about a cm off the floor now i didnt fancy taking the risk -
Got mine from a pound shop, no guesses, they were a £1, used them so much working on my car, deffo a must have tool

Sounds like auxiliary belt mate, get a candle and with the engine running, being careful, hold the candle to the belt both sides for a couple of seconds applying some of the wax, should quiten it down, if it persists just replace it
-
Had my air bags disabled so when ignition is turned on the air bag light flashes 6 times (I think) and then goes out, because it isn't on permanently it wont fail m.o.t will it? Loz

They fit fine, just use self tappers or rivetts to attach it
