I thank you for that friend It´s all in the details you know... I have two tanks cause ive got one for the engine and the other one supplies the water for the chargecooler system. Found a little nice looking one from Audi A2... Yesterday i got my Porsche wheels testfitted! And heres how it looks!

Got my Porsche wheels back today, refurbed with new paintjob! Also got my Rieger tuning spoiler back So now there´s alot to do again...

Now Lupo is started finally! After a bit of trouble with air leakage around the injectors it now running fine and steady. The throttle response is much better then last years setup so it will be nice to have a testdrive soon. But theres just the one problem with about 2dm of snow outside the garage..... I´m hoping for spring to come soon but ´till then i´ll take it outside and have proper warmup so i could spot any leeks or so, maybe there will be a little video of it too.

Yesterday i got my new custom made intercooler mount for my air/water IC. And today i got it fitted. It came out exactly the way i planned with no mods at all : ) So this is what it looks like:

Yes, me and a friend did it together! I bought a sheet that was 2 meters long and 1,5 meters wide and got some leftovers to wrap other stuff in... Better safe than sorry

Things are coming together nicely

I came by this engine for a bargain and the AGU is a big port engine with same rods and crank as BAM and APY (225 & 210hp) So there is really more potential for more Hp with the AGU than for ex. a BAM that is small port. I´m refitting a electronic throttle now when i´m changing to the motronic 7,5 from Audi S3. I have an APY intake at home but relocating the battery is the easy way out i think, and fitting a big front mount intercooler makes you lose the stelthiness cause it needs major cutting in the bumper. + the boot is already occupied by a bassbox painted Green and a amplifier.... A little update on a small thing but its all about the details...

A bit more has happend since last uppdate! The new downpipe in place and heat wrapped, both pipes are done, heat shield for the exhaustmanifold is in place. For now i´m just waiting for a CNC macined intercooler mount and then i can start putting all bits together again. Today i got my intercooler! This weekend will be spent in the garage making some new pipes for my airfilter and a chargepipe from the intercooler to the throttlebody. Maybe i ´ll have som time over to put my downpipe in too...depends on what the girl says we should do

Got a bit further in my project... My new gearbox is finished, it´s a mix of a 0A4 from a Caddy -05 tdi and my old on from a Golf mk4 turbo (02J) This may be the strongest combination for this type of gearbox and hopefully it will do. Painted it black too... I also got my new downpipe finished for my new turbo. It´s 2,5" stainless with a small 100cell race cat. Really tricky to build but it turned out real nice i think. For now i´m waiting for my air/water intercooler to arrive from the states so i can continue with my build. Already got all pipes and silicone hoses so now it´s just the intercooler thats missing.

Now my Lupo got carbonfiber vinylwrap on the roof, kinda nice looking...

Hey! Nice to see how it´s coming together! I thought i might show you som pics of my lower gearbox mount since i thought yours looked a bit week... And heres a pic of my downpipe in 2,5", might be nice to have something to compare with. Actually this one is being put away as im going to need a new one for the S3 upgrade...

Thank you! I do my best... : ) Today i got my new K04-turbo and all the new gaskets and stuff. Also found a few water and oil pipes i been missing. Tomorrow i´ll get a new timingbelt and waterpump, need to replace it before i put the engine in cause to do it with the engine in place is absolutly impossible : ) A few pics then. New BAM-injectors in place in my AGU big port intake. Engine on the floor to get some new parts, wont be long before its in place again... My new Porsche wheels with the first layer of paint, they will be silver later this week.

Thanks! Thank you for that! For now the Lupo is resting for this years season, soon snow is coming and you need something to do in the garage so... I´m doing an Audi S3 uppgrade to my AGU enginge with the works. New KKK K04-022 turbo with S3/TT manifold, Big injectors from BAM, new custom downpipe with race cat. and im getting rid of the front silencer i think. All this need a more advanced Ecu, so i´m uppgrading my motronic 5.2 to the S3:s motronic 7.5 with a custom mapped chip that should give me about ~300hp Another thing that needed upgrading was the silly little riceboiler for Intercooler thats standard on mk4 gti turbos. Now i´m installing a air/water chargecooler with a separate radiator in the front and a chargecoolerpump from a golf mk6. That should do the trick for intercooling. This summers dyno results with the AGU standard engine and a MTM stage 2 chip landed on 188whp and 300nm Next season i´m aming to get about 260whp and 350nm, lets see if i get there... New wheels are beeing refurbished, Porsche 928 S4 "gullideckel" Going to paint them frostsilver metallic, a new VW colour, very light silver

I´m going to with my S3 conversion this winter.

Haven´t tought of a price really.... I used the standard Ecu untouched, never really used them on the street so to say. Only went for some test spins outside the garage cause it really needed a remap or a standalone to work. I went with bike-carbs instead for a while and then i put the 1,8T engine in : ) Cant really say if my manifold will fit in a righthanddrive car as i have a lefthanddrive up here in sweden but it propably will. I didn´t relocate anything to make them fit, I only removed the original intakemanifold and airfilter.

I went for R1 itb´s on my Lupo a year back or so. I made me a custom manifold and bought a set of ITB´s from a 2002 R1 and four Uni airfilters. I never gat a proper remap and i only used standard marelli injection. Here´s a pic of it, i have more detailed ones too somewhere... Manifold and filters are still laying around in the garage if youre intrested : ) No ITB´s though... I´ll get pics of it if you like.
