  1. Here´s my system, considering buying a new Amp for next update. Front: Focal Polyglass V1 6,5" kit system Sub: Gladen SQX10" Amp: Pioneer GM 6000F 4Ch
  2. There has been some updates on the Lupo... For starters, I got my new boostgauge mounted finally! Also purchased a new woofer for my boombox : ) It´s a Gladen SQX 10", really nice quality and sound!
  3. The wiring to the pedal goes in its own loom from the ecu, it pretty much all wires in the blue socket if you have that one from the cupra. Get a wiring diagram and follow that and it should be fine.
  4. The AGU has the same rods as the APY and BAM. AGU has die cast pistons and BAM has a low friction type thats coated. The APY has forged pistons that looks like the AGU´s Same crankshaft in all 3. The AUM (150hp) and AUQ (180hp) has the weekest rods and pistons and dont handle more Hp than around 250-300. The AGU is a reliable and good engine to start with if you dont get your hands of an APY bottom (210hp S3) The head of the AGU has the higest flow. The best thing to do just to be sure when you pass the 300hp mark is to change rods to aftermarket forged ones.. I doubt that 1,8t rods will fit in a 1,4 but i dont know for sure....

  7. And there will be some videos....hopefully soon : ) My brother is in to motronic 7.5 and he gave my car a custom tuning using "tuner pro" and a flash program. We used the software from a TT 225hp and put it into an old A3 ecu and went from there all custom. It seems to work for now but as you say, you cant have enough Hp.... : ) Maybe it will be a GT28rs upgrade for next winter.
  8. The white ones were nice too but i have better things to do than wash my wheels all the time. It was a faulty valve i combination with better IC cooling and a tiny fault in the programming. Me and my brother was out today doing some remapping and testing and it resulted in 1,3-1,4bar boost trough the revs, all nice and steady! A bit more timing advance was added too and the car responded with beeing even more agressive so.... A bit more timing and a little leaner mix under boost and there will be som more Hk.

You´re welcome, just let me know if you got any more questions It´s really nice to be able to drive a Lupo 20v turbo as a daily, just so nice.... I´ve been having some overboost problems the past weeks and it´s gotten worse every day so now it was time to do something. First i got my new subaru radiator for the intercooler installed and that all went well, a little trouble finding space to fit it. But if you´re lack of space you just make space II then focused on the boost trouble and started with mending a slightly burnt hose to the wastegate with no luck. Then i switched the N75 valve to the one i used on last years setup and now I got a totally different boost curve with no overboosting, much better! So i ordered a new Audi Rs2 race N75 valve at work and now i can just wait to get it installed to see if I get my boost back to normal.

  12. I´ve tried it all, nothing really works on powdercoated white wheels : ) I´m not that into black wheels, they just dont stand out much from the car..... It´s fun as hell : ) Thanks! They didn´t make them cause it woulnd´t be as fun to build and own one then... : )
  13. They are staying silver, white ones get dirty so fast : ) And here´s a picture for you from last evening when we were doing some remapping. I ended up with 1,3bar boost and ~265hp
  14. My new wheels arrived today and they got a little TLC this evening. They look pretty good for a set of 14 year old rims
  15. My Porsche wheels are now sold and the white 17"s are back on again. I have made an offer on new set of wheels so lets hope i get them. Heres a pic of Lupo on a local meeting this saturday:
  16. Thanks! About the Porsche wheels.... they will be up for sale and a new set of 17":s will take their place : ) I´m not satisfied with the looks with these wheels either so... Videos will be shot of it as soon as it´s out of the garage for good this year. I´ve got some videos of it from last summer but it needs editing.

  18. Isn´t it! : ) It´s fun to hear what people says when they see it, almost every time they think it´s just the badge.... : ) I´ve now added a tiny "S3" badge in the grille too.

The new setup is finished and has been out from the garage for a quick testdrive, lots more power than last year and much faster spool-up of the boost : ) Lupo have also been washed and polished for the first time this season and is now waiting to be displayed at "Bilsport Performance and custom motor show" next weekend. Before that i´ll have proper test run to know that the bits will work properly. Pictures from the show will be posted as soon as possible : )

  23. Yep, lots of snow : ) Then you need to come over here too for a garage visit perhaps sometime... I did all wiring myself, theres no fun in letting someone else do all the tricky parts... I´m using 280mm G60 discs with Golf Vr6 calipers + carriers and grenstuff pads in the front. In the back i´ve got Lupo Gti discs + carriers and Polo 6N2 calipers, ferodo ds pads. The master cylinder is from a Passat -91 G60 and the loadsensing valve is from a Golf Vr6. The car has no ABS-system.
  24. Not right at the moment, im a driveshaft short cause its on modification and right now its about 1dm of snow outside my garage. But other than that, it is!
