My EPC light came on in my 1.0 lupo ( 2000 ) and now my brake lights don't work. Help anyone? Much appricated!

Hello everyone, I've been looking through the website for quite a while now but nenver decided to post until now. I've recentley bought my first car which is a 2001 lupo ( 1.0 E ) which is black with standard alloy wheels, I will get a picture up when possible. I live in Nottingham and I go to E38 with my friend who has a Jazz Blue Golf (2.0, 200bhp) I'll be lowering it and putting deep dishes on the car when funds are better, or when i get back from Amsterdam.. Just thought I'd say hello and I hope to speak/get to know some of you in the future. Rob.
