  2. Hi there yes still have the lupo and no it does not have aircon!!
  3. Sure was, loved this car and regretted selling it
  4. This is my old car I'd have it In a minute was a great car most if the miles were done on the motorway and was well serviced!! Hmmm if I sell lupo I could maybe stretch to this and a big car for the wife! :-))
  5. Wish I could tell her to shut it but she's very insistent!! Car doesn't really get used much so has to go although I've only had her since January !!
  6. Cheers for the offer but needing bigger looking to buy a Volvo xc90 wife's convinced I need 7 seats!!!!
  7. Make: Volkswagen Model: Lupo Gti MOT: November 2012 TAX: July 2012 Engine size: 1600 Fuel type: Petrol Selling my Lupo Gti due to needing a bigger car (so the wife says) Anyway the Lupo is finished in the beautiful Anthracite Grey and is in pretty much A1 condition. The interior is beautiful as are the original heated leather seats. The car has not been messed with too much and the only modifications are minimal and actually improve the car: Bilstein B12 Suspension Kit; Aero wipers; rear wiper upgrade Lupo Gti sill plates and Cambridge Edition Rear Lights; Carpets and Rubber Mats for winter months It has a full service history with a folder full of receipts this car has been well looked after by its owners and no expense has been spared. The car is currently on 83K with the last Service carried out in March and this was a major service including Timing belt tensioners and pump. Just been mot'd and has tax till July next year. I have loved every minute of owning this car but the pressure from the wife to buy something bigger means that it has to go. Any questions about the car feel free to contact me. The car was previously owned by members of this site hufcforpromotion and rs2quattro. The only faults with the car are a bit of paint has flaked away around the rear number plate recess and some bubbling around boot handle (common fault), the towing eye cover was stolen, but i have a new one to fit just needs painting. I am looking for £5000 for the car and i think this is fair for a car in this colour and condition with the rare addition of leather. Private plate not included car located in Glasgow

    Bilstein b12

Yeah thanks but they only sell complete sets I'm looking for somewhere which sells bilstein parts as I could do with only buying rears

    Bilstein b12

Can anyone recommend somewhere that sells bilstein products? My car currently has bilstein b12 setup however one of the rear shocks has gone and I will now need to replace the rears!! I need to know of anywhere that supplies bilstein products that I would be able to buy rear shocks only?? Any help appreciated
  10. The belts and pulleys were done at around 40k although water pump not done. Cars just shy of 80k so gonna have to get it done again methinks!! I had a look at some of the previous owners posts and rs2quattro commented on the clutch being kinda strange?? Still want it sorted as it's not right no use when in 1st gear car actually tries to pull off with your foot down. Although clutch aside had my first real blast of the car today on way back from work:-). Soooo good
  11. Nothing much really just the door straps clicking and a wire hanging down and some trim hanging off. All little things pretty great car otherwise and came with a load of paperwork showing all the work carried out!! When is the timing belt replacement meant to be done?
  12. No slipping had it up to my local garage and the mechanic says either the system could need bleeding or the clutch needs replaced!! Booked in to garage I bought it for Monday. It's a really good car just a few little things need fixing but as it's not a new car it's to be expected
  13. Quick picture of the car
  14. Wasn't like that originally and have just picked it up. Want to go back well armed with info so they can't try to mess me about
  15. Not sure would need to check but would a warning light not come on if this was low?
  16. Hi there just picked up my lupo gti today and it has a few issues which I need to get sorted but need some advice before going back to garage!! The clutch on the car is impossible, the biting point is on the floor so much so that the car still pulls away with foot on floor !!! This to me does not seem right but I'm aware that it won't be pedal box as it's a hydraulic clutch. It does engage ok but a little clunky when coming down gears! Anyone any ideas before the garage tries to fob me off Your help with this would be appreciated Chris
