  1. Seems like loads have been done but so many different ways to do it. Can folks post up useful info for some one who might be considering doing it (themselves!)... Engine mounts and driveshafts are my main worry + info on ECU decoding or clock usage..
  2. Yey another dead gearbox. Whats the code of the 1.4 75bhp on a lupo so i can ring around scrappy's!?
  3. May well have been me!! I spent all summer in and around Lima-vegas - my GF lives just down the road. Which Lupo is yours? I only saw about 3 when i was over your way...
  4. That's a class idea. I had to drive home from North Wales with a broken collar bone once!
  5. Stop grilling the kid. Unless you've something constructive just leave it.
  6. Exactly what i was thinking.
  7. I never get any bother with mine
  8. Nice Loop. Quite jealous of your temp guage, we never get that here!!

    Lupo

Would love to see all the buttons working! Surely it's possible?
  10. My reliable parts guy says the same. The list price of the mag ones is horrific though!!
  11. I think there's a universal exhaust mount, but i'd quite like a definitve answer as i need to get a new mount too!
  12. Funkiest door cards i've ever seen!
  13. ^^Wow didn't know that. Mine's definatly a 'Yellow'.. My mum has a sunflower Fox and it's a whole load darker.
  14. I've been to his house! Yellow code is spot on, but i'm not sure if that pic reflects the true Lupo Yellow, mine is quite a bit lighter. Well, most of it is lighter.
  15. I know someone who does this on the topgear track. Sets up small circuits and 1/4mile drags. Can't remember prices i'll find out tho. & because there's no actual racing head to head, insurance isnt really required, unless you are really not confident with your driving!

    Lupo

I know the Mk5 steering wheel is nice, but i think the centre really doesnt match the Lupo's interior. I'd love to see a flat bottomed Audi S-line wheel in a Lupo. You'd have an Audi airbag but i reckon the the 3L airbag would fit.
  17. So true. Dad has a new 318d tourer that borrow (steal) when i go to see ma&pa. A loverly m-way cruiser, it's such a pleasent drive, but when i get back in my Lupo i realise just how much i'd miss my little go-kart if i traded to a big car! Beemers looking good Huw, is that paint shop the one in Taffs Well?
  18. Agrred. They're a nice tight fit both front and rear. The arrows on the window glass are quite small so if you don't know where they are you'll have to go looking for them! Make sure you've got them fitted the correct way around as well (i.e LR on the left rear, RR on the right rear )
  19. Castle Coombe must be a laugh in a Lupo. Their track days are dead at the moment so maybe a group discount?
  20. My folks live in Corsham just up the A4 from Bath, i'm there now and then! Nice Lupo dude, just gona state the obvious: Needs lowerings.
  21. I've some very expensive earphones too: £10.99 from Tesco! Damn cheek of them to charge that much just for a set of head phones. I aspire to own some genuine ipod headphones, but they're way out of my price range at what, around £20??
