I went to bed just before 1 last night (Long COD4 session)... Did not feel a thing in North London.

I found a strong jet wash was good for me... angle it so its spraying up between the badge and paint work. With in 20 sec's off comes the badge and the glue/foamy type stuff...
Then t-cut/clay away the marks of the badges. All done.
And not a blade in sight to scratch your paint work.

There is no relation between needing to get an MOT & insurance... You can take it for its MOT without insurance.
Give us the full reg number and we can check.
And if you can get the V5 serial number i'm sure you can check to see if it needed anything at the last MOT on line... (Google: VOSA mot checker)

Very true... Alot of Lupos were delivered from the factory without them... Its best that everyone checks to see for sure rather than just thinking they should....

I beg to differ on that... 150kg of person in a car that weighs less than 1000kg will make a vast difference.
Don't forget there was probally a boot full of shopping too if it was 4 ladies....

Gas strut on the bonnet missing... That is such a "quality" touch... shame they got rid of it....
Talking of VW cost cutting... My father in law collected his new polo and it appears they don't come with engine covers any more....

Xenon's are no different to any other h/lamp... they all need to be at the correct hight...
Everyone use to get out of my way when i first got mine... thought i was the police... then i got them adjusted and the fun stopped.

I find if you spray the tyre sheen onto a sponge and then rub round the tyre it stops the splashes and you use less.
