  1. Your best bet would probably be 185/45's out back if you have an offset of around 30. So the stretch wouldn't be to big.

If you take as many pics of the damage as possible before repair, and inclue these in a sale in the future so people can see what the actual reason for a cat d then I wouldn't see any problem in a major loss of value when selling.
  3. DS why don't you go and see SW Wheel repair on Marsh Barton. Rallye_JR (I think thats his name, real name Jon) on SWDubs works there, and I know they are very good! I am sure they could sort this.
  4. I would say that if you want 8j rears you would want a final offset of around 30-35, add a touche of camer and you should be good to go. But as said it depends on your height.
  5. Tom the guy commented on your build thread
  6. I have 195's on 8j et20 on the rear of mine. I had to raise it when I put them on due to immense rubbing. Now I have rolled the rears slightly, but need to do them more and dial in some camber. With some camber and more rolling I don't see mine being a problem. Yours on the other hand may be a bit more tricky. The fronts of mine I have 185's on 8J et20 and they arent as much of an issue. Just some arch rolling needed.
  7. I love a little bit of poke, but that seems to be quite a lot I like being able to see the lip of my wheels poking out from the front though
  8. looks to be a good colour match too!
  9. Bowers when you say you did th rad fan, what did you do? Because I think mine is buggered.
  10. Saw you on Rupert street, Bristol last night. Looked quite cool on the move. I was severely intoxicated, but pretty sure your passenger was wolf whistling out the window.
  11. Okay doke. Well if you could let us all know, and don't mind sharing I am sure it will solve a lot of threads being started
  12. Scott the reason for the reply was probably due to the amount of threads like this which normally end up with the OP not even going through with the conversion.
  13. Defcon recon you could do a tutorial if you do end up doing it? Would be a lot of help. Cheers
  14. Probably one of the only on topic posts this thread will have , But the local Forum I am on has some great craic and quite a lot can go without saying. It's pretty well run and the mods are great. I guess it is different for different forums though.
  15. Fair enough. This is just my dream to do after Uni (4 years time). All in looking at around 8kish I guess. I will have to get saving, or hope a converted one comes up for sale when I want it
  16. What do you mean by 'specced up' mate? Also, would that be with you sourcing the engine, or the 5500 including engine?
  17. I have 8J ET20 on the front, and with a little bit of arch work and a 185/45 tyre it isn't to bad. However, I am not silly low. They only scrub when turning and hitting a bump.
  18. The fact of the matter is that there isn't that many Fantasia Green lupo's in Devon and Cornwall, or lupo's in general. I live in Somerset and spend a lot of my travels in and around Devon/Cornwall when I am back home. The like minded people are on the forums that this guy keeps posting on, and none of them seem to reply due to the fact that they aren't matching his special criteria.
  19. I was just about to mention the item description. It does look stunning though.
  20. Sorry mate, but why the hell do you keep making these topics. On here and SWDubs? What difference does it make if there is a fanstasia green lupo, or any normal lupo's, in, or around Cornwall. I really don't get it. Do you need to talk to the owners for some research about the fantasia green ones or something?
