  1. Failing that a t42 torx should do (t40 was a bawhair too small and t45 was a bawhair too big) or a 7mm Allan key or an easy out

    Have a look at the 'definitive coilover thread'. It'll tell you all you need to know.
  9. You should be able to do the rears without a spring compressor by undoing the strut at the axle and swinging the axle down. Tight squeeze but I'm sure you'll be able to do it with your hands. As already mentioned though it's mental trying to properly compress a spring without the right tools. If the springs unloads then you can pretty much say cheerybye to having a head.

  12. I use valet pro ph neutral snow foam with a karcher HD lance and it works brilliantly. For tar I use autosmart tardis and the tar just drops off
  13. Never taken it off but when I was gonna fit an aerial in mine I was going to run it to my rear passenger window. Might be easier and look more stealthy??
