Also I have Just replaced windscreen due to crack from stone chip last week.
Car is in very good condition and paint work is good there is the odd stone chip and scratch but nothing to write home about.
All in all solid car with nothing needed doing, low mileage, FSH which is ready to go.
Alloys are in a good state but would if your your looking to finish off a solid car the a refurb would be needed.

It cost around £40 till up. I get 240 miles out a tank. I believe it's 35 litre tank but I never knew about that button for the air tank. Fuel by me is about 1.29 a litre.

mate my gti i get about 240 miles to £40 thats a mixture of motorway and a/b roads hope this helps. also think about selling my gti based in west mids. can send specs if interested.

cheers mate i got the powerflex bush kit for the car and installed forgot to put it on the spec.
also where should i be looking for the manifold because there arent any on venowmotorsport of awsome gti.
what sort of gains am i looking from a remap.

Yeah it used to be that 70% light had to get through the fronts and the rears could be as dark as you wanted. I spoke to a guy that has his own tinting business an he said that they've just brought in new rules that say all tints are illegal.

I feel your pain mate.
I bought mine with relatively low mileage on it and do bout 200 miles a week to work and back using mainly dirty mud strewn B roads.
On one hand I have great fun driving to and from work everyday but on the other the car looks like a sack of sh'ite most of the time and I know its going to eventually take its toll but that's all part of the fun,cleaning and fixing it.
Plus if I loose my job and need money to keep a roof over our heads and food on the table then I'm afraid it will have to go.
They are a luxury at the end of the day,not a necessity.
Just enjoy it for what it is

hah this is brillent i wanted some advise and people geeting moody haha. i drive it any weather and she gets maintained and driven properly. and now i man'd up as GTIChris said im loving it. just wondering about advise now. what should i do to it. specs on page one want new wheels. ideas?
