  1. Wasn't there an ABT up! Posted somewhere on here the other day......
  2. That's what I would do.If its only a small flat spot, and doesn't leak air I would leave it, as it will more than likely balance out. If it leaks air whack it with a hammer and piece of Wood and add some gentle heat - or pay the professionals!
  3. No. Need bases making modifying or however else you fancy
  4. From a 7 to an 8 It would only be 1/2 inch further out with the same offset as 1/2 inch would be added to the rear of the wheel as well. Therefore the outside edge of an 8 will sit approximately 12mm further out than a 7.

    Ronal R15

They normally go pretty cheap when they pop up for sale.
  6. Yer they will be ok. Will tuck all round Edit: And the cookie cutters are similar specs to the tele dials so 52 sounds about right
  7. Azevs are normally similar offset to borbet A's So 16x7.5 et20 or 35 iirc And 16x9 et15 The 7.5's are flat face like the front wheels in the pic above, the 9's are the rears.
  8. Sure they are 8's? Cookie cutters are normally 7" in that offset. Aims for et25 front and et15 rear if you are going for the stretch and flush look.
  9. 175/50's if they have o be 13's 15" looks much better IMO
  10. Proper wheels Borbet A's are awesome too, hold out for some 15x7's - the reps suck
  11. There are a few options. SSR mk1's Image custom things Rays cal choppy Those are all I can think of the for the mo. Edit: good luck finding any of those btw....
  12. Most jap wheels are multi drilled like that, 5&4x114.3 If they have been done properly ( doesn't look like it ) they would be fine
  13. Personally I think that will poke too much on the rear, probably a few mm more. front will be ok as it will probably camber in as you air out.
  14. All you people saying 15" max have you ever put a 16" wheel on a lupo? They look great, fill the arches well, no scrubbing with the right tyre choice - rolling radius of a 195/45/15 and 195/40/16 is the same. Mitch's lupo had 16's on - looked great My bro has 16" on his lupo tdi - fit very similarly to mine when it was on 15's

    Arch rolling

Great way to foobar your arches though. Heat gun and rubber mallet is what I use, slowly do it and you can never tell from the outside. The paint will probs crack on the inside, so a bit of hammerite sorts it!
  16. Yes 185/45. 165 looks stupid IMO
  17. Not quite. Because going from an 8 to 9" also adds 0.5" on the rear spacing as well as 0.5" on the front. I always think of it as, adding 0.5" extra lip on a split rim is roughly -7mm on offset and 1" is -13mm on the offset etc For your 8's I would say et25 front and et20 rear - may be slightly lower because of air, only 5mm or so Edit: Oh and personally I think 165's look stupid on an 8, 185/45 looks better imo
  18. Optional extra lupo wheels iirc Manhattan springs to mind but I think that's wrong

    CP9A

Your black lupo was one of my favourites back in the day when I had mine!
  20. Selling up to move away? Hope she was good to you!
  21. I have thought about getting a tyre machine. But then think that's money I could be putting towards wheels
  22. Easy pick up a set of RM's in that budget
  23. I just went on what looks the best
