helppppp !!!! my dad has some how managed to break somethin in the door cos the key turns and nothing happens. unlocked from other side and door still wont open. ive had the door card off and the only thing i can see wrong with it is the lock barrel not moving when turnin the key, thing is i cant open the door even when i lift the lock up from inside the car so how am i meant to take the lock out, wat are u meant to do when this happens?? im going to have a proper look tomorrow when i can see more.. the car doesnt have remote locking just normal C.L

well i got a red lupo for my pops and i drive a fiat which jus died at the begining of the week... lol... so now im car hunting.... somethin cheap for now as i can only use company van for another week before i have to give it back

haha cheers, i actually got a set of 16's but i dont knw if bigger wheels suit this car.... mite have to try one day after i do the suspension...

well im thinking if i can get hold of the gti suspension im jus gonna put tht on for now and then later once i can presuede my dad to give the car up to me i'll get a 40mm spring set... id rather have the normal small alloys that are on there for now so he dont complain about the ride... old age bad back... lol...

ok this is a long shot but wud it work?? the handling on my dads car is terrible, or are standard lupos like that... maybe im jus used to driving lowered cars but theres a whole lot of body roll on it.

hey, yeh theres no key... i bought the car home and gonna have a proper look at it on the weekend, the roof seems to be stuck, only moves a little bit and like i thought it jus needs to close properly and it shud be ok... im thinking maybe cud be the teeth are worn cos it makes a clunking noise when it stops moving..

ok i jus went to see it again.. the guy cudnt get it started tho cos of the battery so i dont knw if the roof motor is workin or not.. anyways i took a few pics.... hopefully they upload... where exactly is this special tool for the motor anyway and wat bit of the motor does it fit?

ahhh cheers guys... im going again to have a look at it tomorrow. so i'll have a proper look around it and take a few pics of it... im actually starting to like this car, its a shame im not gonna be driving it tho cos im buying it for my dad... i think i may have to put my self down on his insurance... they say its gonna be hot this summer

hi there... been browsing the forum about open air lupo but not had much luck so thought id just make a post and see if anyone can help... im about to get a lupo open air, for a very silly price but the roof is leaking (according to the guy who sellin it) ive had a look at it and to be honest it looks like its just not closed properly because the cloth on the top is loose and i can slide my finger thru the gap. anyway my questions are... has anybody got a picture of the roof when its closed so i can compare it? if i need to replace the roof how much and where can i get it from.. im from heathrow area... wat does the key that fits into the motor look like? if anyone can answer these questions id be very greatful...
