jobs done this weekend. Cat back on - the exhaust note sounds even better now, kinda ferrari esk with a proper bark to it. new lambda probe as the pre-cat one had been cut and wasnt even the right one anyways (the wire colours were wrong) 20mins with the soldering iron to extend the wires as the new place is alot further away than the oe position and job done, the engine now runs a bit smoother as it knows what its doing plus no light on the dash sorted the washer jets.... at some point the washer bottle had been out and the pipes put on back to front, so when you did the front washer it tried to piss water into the boot! raised the front a tad, the car will now get on mels drive and get into her garage, I also reset the camber while I was there, New jobs found - needs a new sump as its been cross threaded so I cant get to do the service yet, and it needs a new coolant return pipe to the header tank as the on on there isnt right and is weeping. we are getitng there... expect some changes tomorrow and over winter though ready for spring GTi

tbh cant you just get a stinger or audioson one, or even a autoleads on. Least then u know that its gonna work.
