  1. Ive fitted one of these today, works fine including window closure but my window switches arent working drivers window wont work at all and the passenger switch goes down only, press up and it still goes down switch on passenger door works fine Anyone got any ideas?
  2. This is what the hole the other day had done to my subframe And this is the new one Hopefully i wont have to replace one of those again.
  3. With our cars been lowered we wouldnt stand a chance of gettin any money back off the council
  4. Just having a little rant about how s**t our roads are Last night slowly driving along avoiding the massive holes in the road BANG, drink flew out the cup holder, all my crap out the cubby hole was everywhere, think i missed one! My steering was slightly out of allignment so got out had a look underneath and yet another subframe foobard Luckily Ive got one at home waiting to get some plates made up and welded to the front edge. Looks like im fitting a subframe next weekend Anybody else had any miss fortune with our roads lately?
  5. 200 yards later it happened again but with 5 or 6 cars behind me
  6. Ive got stuck twice today because the snows just too deep for a slammed lupo, its literally a snow plough All the snow just builds up underneath and stops the car dead so it wont move back or forward, time to get the shovel out
  7. I used 2x2 to make a frame and then put mdf on top of that to give it some strength and the carpet was just grey/black cord carpet and stuck down with spray glue. Ive now put a small cargo net on it which looks loads better, its not so plain and it stops my shopping trying to jump on my knee mrcusgrant, its on my to do list lol
  8. After a month of not cleaning the lupo thought i best give it a little bit of attention and while im at it fit my crimbo pressie Momo 'scene lol And as you can see im still in need of some black interior handles and electric window switches

    13s on a Sport?

It was mine that had the alleycats on rears fit over the brakes fine but the fronts needed a few taken of the caliper. I drove around 10,000 miles with these on and never had a problem other than the subframe hitting the road with being too low, i crnt see how its unsafe unless you get carried away with the grinder.
  10. im just about to fit my new wheel and was wondering what tool i need to take the front of the wheel off? is it just a t25 torx bit in the 2 holes in the back of the wheel?
  11. I started of with a little old 1.1 106 1.0 mk3 polo 1.3 mk4 polo 1.4 16v mk4 polo 1.2 mk2 punto sporting 1.9tdi Ibiza sport - 2001 model 1.4 16v mk4 polo again mk5 fiesta zetec s and finally my lupo sport which ive owned for the longest
  12. Certainly does sound fruity
  13. Havent been on here for a while so thought id update my thread Over the last month or so ive brought a 4-2-1 stainless manifold and got a custom exhaust made up from the mani back with a decat and a slightly larger tailpipe to fill the cut out better Had a few probs trying to get the manifold fit but got there in the end. Having the manifold has made quite a difference to it, feels alot more torquey and pulls all the way to the limiter and there isnt even an engine check light on the dash like there usualy is without the cat. Money well spent me thinks lol
