54Arosa
I know this is a long shot, but what has been/can be done to add more power to the 1L engine? Port and polish maybe? And also is there anything i can do to improve the mpg?

54Arosa
Bit of both i suppose haha, i've decided to keep my arosa for another year before upgrading to the sport due to insurance, its just 50bhp gets a bit tiresome after a while, even if its just 5 bhp, just want to have a little play with it
Skezza
I doubt you'll get even that from any modifications.as for MPG, learn some economical driving techniques. They're easy enough to implement on a day to day basis.
Dblock
Aero mods and making the car lighter will achieve both. Other than that I'd suggest a good panel filter make sure everything is working within spec sparks coil pack lambda etc. this won't give you any power but it will make sure your getting all 50bhp.
