Adam_14
Nothing much to update you with but I'm sat on the train to Silverstone to go and watch the F1 tomorrow so I thought I'd post some stuff on here.I decided to de-badge the boot, I wasn't so sure on how it looked at first but it's definitely grown on me. I think it looks loads better now! BeforeAfterAlso, some pics of my mates Lupo from CumbriaVAG and an Arosa I liked, not sure if the Arosa owner is on the forum.Next Job is to de-wiper. Adam_14
Not updated in a while due to funds.Good and bad news. Good - I'll hopefully be getting some coilovers in around a month. Bad - My car got scraped by another in a car park and they decided not to stick around. Luckily I managed to polish it out! Result of being driven into. How the car looks at the mo. Danyutz
It's clean. I like that, lower it and it will look smart with those rims.
Adam_14
Thanks! It'll be interesting to see how it looks lowered on these wheels.
Adam_14
Few updates, nothing too fancy! Needed new ball joints to pass it's MOT. Wishbones were changed too. The catalytic convertor had a nasty split in it so that also had to be replaced to pass the MOT as it was failing on emissions.I also decided to change the orange indicator bulbs for clear ones. I honestly didn't think it would make too much of a difference but i think it looks 100x better. Looks more modern.New Wishbones:Orange Bulbs:Clear BulbsApologies for the lack of updates and rubbish iPhone pictures Edited September 8, 2014 by Adam_14

Adam_14
I finally decided to order some Coilovers which arrived this week Gonna get them fitted over the weekend and get rid of most of that arch gap Will be interesting to see how the car looks when it's lower
Adam_14
So this weekend I fitted my coilovers, took around 2-3 hours with a bit of fiddling with ride height. I'm pretty happy with how the car is sitting at the moment. Can't go any lower than it is on the front without tyres rubbing on the arches as i have 195/50/15's on a 6.5j rim. (Gives me an excuse to buy new wheels and tyres i guess) The rear will probably come down a bit this weekend and i'll get some more pictures up, just want to see how they settle this week More Pics:I'll try go out this week and use my proper camera to get some decent pictures instead of using an iPhone camera

Adam_14
Bit of a boring update but i like doing things like this. Decided to clean out my washer bottle as it was annoyingly dirty! Just left bleach in it overnight then scrubbed it the next morning. Fairly easy and looked 10x better (Don't think anyone will take any interest in this but hey ho!)BeforeAfterFew plans for the near future... I want to get a new headunit, got my eye on one at the moment which i think will look pretty good. Hopefully sort that out within the next few weeks Also keeping my eye out for some wheels. I'd love some starlites although they're proving hard to find If anyone has any opinions or suggestions, i'll be happy to hear them Edited October 11, 2014 by Adam_14

Adam_14
Had a bit of a problem today Turns out i was a little too low on the front for my massive 195/50/15 tyres liking.I turned up onto a steep road and bent the lip on the underneath of my arch. I risked driving home which turned out to be a stupid mistake I tore a bit of rubber off the outer edge of the tyre whilst turning round a corner. So i got my dad to bring me some tools and we bent the lip back into place. When i got home we rust treated the arch, raised the front by 10mm and cut a bit off the rear bump stops after lowering the rear a bit too. I decided to swap the front and rear wheels over so that I won't really be using the outer edge of the tyre as much on the rear Aslo cleaned out my drainer pipe next to where the fuel cap as it didn't actually drain anything...How my front right tyre looks Bump Stops shortenedBit of rear ride height for nowIf anyone knows of any starlites for sale, let me know please
