Rich
an associate once put some cheap plastic carbon seats in his Vento, they were fixed with no pads and they were surprisingly comfortable. he then put a roll cage in it and getting in and out of those became a full on obstacle course which i am too old for. T3LLIOTT
Cosmetically I thought your previous seats were a thing of beauty but if you're tracking it, I can understand why you've gone for the Pole Positions. This is without a doubt one of my favorite Lupo's. Every mod has been carefully thought out and the end result is perfection!

But the VXR seats have no support at all compared to these at all?? Cheers mate, appreciate it!
cj1
I really like this. Nice one. Just wondering why you've chosen to leave the rear half of carpet in though?

CLAYTONJONES
Finally got my 4-2-1 manifold on, sounds so good with decat Janspeed system. A few cold start revs. Edited November 9, 2017 by CLAYTONJONES
Rich
I'd leave the carpet, cleaner, looks better than scuffed metal and doesn't weigh anything and it doesn't need chopping. you should buy an lsd, loads more practical than changing wheels/seats/exhaust. I've been trying to get Raymondo to get one for years now.
CLAYTONJONES
Yeah carpet will likely be staying. 6 minutes ago, Rich said: I'd leave the carpet, cleaner, looks better than scuffed metal and doesn't weigh anything and it doesn't need chopping. you should buy an lsd, loads more practical than changing wheels/seats/exhaust. No point chucking it around a track in standard seats and falling all over the place.
CLAYTONJONES
Another fly by video to give everyone an idea what it sounds like. CLAYTONJONES
Whilst i’m on here, started on the paint correction Saturday. The paint wasn’t too bad considering it was last done around 4 years ago. Also cleaned and sealed all the arches using Bilt Hamber Dynax UC. CLAYTONJONES
Update time, got hold of a set of OZ Superleggera’s, the lightest 15” wheel available. Had them finished in a Satin anthracite which i think looks fantastic. Wrapped in Yokohama AD08R’s, they are going to be my summer wheel. Some pictures below of how they look.
LR5V
The finish on the ligeras's looks really good - were the powder coated of blown over with paint. I have the same on mine too, but they were painted, rear offside wasn't done too well and is flaking.

For road use i always have them on the softest setting due to our poor roads, then adjust them accordingly on track.
