My 1st though was alternator on its was out. I could be wrong however so I have turned to u guys for a few suggestions. Any ideas of what It could be?Thanks. Posted January 1, 2013 Report Share Posted January 1, 2013 ...go into a large empty space and drive in circles, first left, then right to see if the sound changes.If the noise is worse on either side you are possibly looking at faulty wheelbearing.Noise worse on left hand circle would point to d/s bearing and vice versa. I don't know what it is, my mechanic has re done my brakes and timing belt but without success. It's driving me crazy! I would really like to know what it is.
