grazo22
i'm with admiral, cost me an extra 50 squids or something. So you know they do not insure cars lowered more than 50mm

On the phone i said i had adjustable suspension and it was usually set below 5cm
Koop
Reasonably sure they'll have taken 'below 5cm' to mean lowered less than 5cm, I'd check your policy. Or don't & act dumb if you crash.
grazo22
Try putting below 5 on a quote on line from them, They won't supply one I have no idea how much mine was lowered by and I think they would have a hard time proving it was lowered more than 5cm. matt123roll
they wouldnt let me go lower than 50mm, because im young.Interested by how much they put it up by? Even if you do go lower than 50mm best to tell them you've lowered than to not tell them at all! As said in a crash you could act dumb or just break out the C spanner in order to not void insurance
Fob163
that was my thoughts, for alloys & lowering on admiral, £87 up to 50mm. they wont give money for the wheels/coils if you crash doe.
SamEdwardSwain1
cost me £48 when they checked the cars history and told me it was lowered (i told they 40mm lower its only 15mm off the truth) but then i put it on 13" so my door touches the road when im parked on the curb at my house (mates mum shouted at me for scratching the curb outside there house) only cost me £1167+48 and im only 18 Edited December 23, 2012 by SamEdwardSwain1
