Sp3nny Posted May 11, 2012 Author Report Share Posted May 11, 2012 and a list of things i've done on my v. limited budget:bought the car for £1050 in march last year, 37,000 on the clock- Carbon wrapped the badge (£1)- Red/carbon seat covers (£13)- Pioneer cd player (£23 ebay lol)- Picked BMW E30 bottletops from leeds for £20, with brand new tyres, sanded down the rough edges and sprayed them black, replaced centres with VW carbon wrapped ones (so wheels cost £35 including spray paint and centres). the tyres scrub a bit when full lock is on- Carbon door handle covers (£5)@joshuaar again, love the arosa, just cant afford insurance at the mo, so gonna shift it instead of letting it depriciate, then get a lupo or another arosa in 1-2 months, possible a 1.7 SDI or maybe another 1.0.if you can see from the first picture there is a big gap on the right hand side between the bonnet and the vent with the seat badge on, as the lower bumper isnt alligned properly.the car is now 44,000 mile, a lad is coming to view it from Bury tonight, so i'll keep you posted :-) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
