The bodywork has no dents or scratches, the only thing it has is light stone chips, which you would expect with a car of this age and mileage. This is all a direct VW fit and improved the braking substantially.During a service Lookers VW advised that the front manifold and catalytic converter brackets had broken and quoted me £682 to fix this...Instead I travelled to A.A.S Exhausts in Newcastle who are one of the finest exhaust companies in the UK, they created me a full bespoke stainless exhaust system with a lifetime guarantee using the original catalytic converter. This all came at a cost of over £1100, however this also overcame the common problem of the exhaust sagging at the rear whilst giving the car a nice sporty rasp, but I must state it’s not overly loud.The original calliper hangers, exhaust and manifold will come supplied with the car.All the work carried out to the car has been done to the highest standard, all nuts and bolts have been treated with anti-seize compound to help future maintenance. This car has been my pride and joy since the day I bought it, I am a serious VW enthusiast and if it needed anything it was acted upon immediately with no money spared, I will miss this car the only reason I am selling is I just want a change.The car currently has the private number plate GT51 DUB valued at over £1000, this is negotiable within the asking price.
