JamesTdi
No I don't think it was. Personally I think they are standard GTI seats retrimmed.Didnt all GTis come with airbags as standard?
JB1.0e
I seem to recall that all Arosa Sports came with remote locking and side airbags as standard but the Lupo range missed out on the side airbags as standard. They ended up as an option. While remote locking only came as standard on GTI's.

Thought you would have known that haha.

JamesTdi
Thinking about it I think Jon is right james, your leather is different to any vag type leather I have seen. Would make sense that they were trimmed standard seats.Humm, very confusing!Oh well, I love them

Thought you would have known that haha.I've got an 05 plate with no side airbags.....was there a 6 month lead time on ordering them like modern vag cars? jon_273
No idea... The brochure says printed June 2005 though. It's possible to decipher the car's VIN to find out when it was made. I might have been built a long time before it was registered!
brownah
Hi, am I right in thinking that black heated leathers out of a lupo came in either standard or GTi spec (with the bigger bolsters)? If so, what are these? Thanks
