JamesTdi
Whats best way to go about getting insured on the mothers Corsa whilst my cars pedal box is $%^*ed?Just tried moneysupermarket by putting in my mums details and me as a named driver and its coming up with silly prices like 4grand?Literally only need the thing for like two weeks, thought being a named driver on another car is a hel of a lot cheaper if you actually have your own policy on another car? scotty_82
Can you not swap the cover from your lupo/arosa onto the corsa then back again , you would probably only have to pay admin charges?

Sky Insurance
If your mother's car already has insurance, the only way would be to add yourself on as a named driver. OllieSky Insurance
lunalupi
First port of call - actually ring your mums insurance company and see if they can add you as a temporary driver. Often done a week at a time but can be expensive, for example I can go on my mums for £45 - cheaper than getting a hire car though.
