This car has been subject to a full strip down to a completely bare shell before being rebuilt into the car it has become.

VW lupo 1.4s / 1600 arc block 1400 afh head, mounted on custom cradle and front crossmember, schrick cams jenvey throttle bodies omex management on base map produced 165 bhp at awesome with lots more to come, polished alternator, cam cover, and bracketry, engine and box fully painted in car colour before fitting. engine and box have covered 3000 miles or so since completion, engine was showing 38k before work commenced.exhaust is a one off a.a.s high grade stainless twin box system with the same angled downturn rear as std , extended 1" so the s's shows also to stop flames melting rear bumper. as it does flame on gear change or coming down gearbox at times.

Modified HnR coilovers front and rear, on new powder coated modified rear axle,

Zender turbo two wheels polished by the polisher with 165 50 15 bridgestone potenzas, with customised oem centre rings and std inner centre rings and 6 centre caps with nuts.and one off engraved and chromed centre badges.

Alloy bonnet from a gti polished externally painted internally, alloy 3L wings, alloy doors,3L front bumper,3L grille and indicators,3L rear bumper, extended sills in steel to meet 3L wings, gti slam panel, gti xenon headlights, cambridge rear lights. polished inner roof guttering.full car finished in 1950's/60's porsche shade, engine bay has had original mounting points deleted along with the rain tray, the bulk head panel has been welded in and all other holes including heater intake plated and welded, chassis legs have been plated entire length and any other screw hole etc welded before the whole bay was skimmed where needed then prepped and finished in ral fuschia along with all the cars underside and inner arches after new stone guard ,after this all the rolling gear, petrol tank, fuel lines etc were fitted.

the rear inner arch lips are fully tight rolled then stitch welded and smoothed inside, the fronts are trimmed back as rolling alloy is a task.

interior wise i took the whole dashboard out and removed the dimple skin before sanding back smoothing this and painting in the same ral fuschia, two front fiesta turbo recaro's were sourced and rebolstered before being covered in fuschia leather with a pie square design up the centre, this carried on into the rear seats, parcel shelf, sun visors and the headlining all recieving the same leather

and pattern.

all the interior plastics were swapped for light grey items along with the seat belts, and a brand new light grey carpet fitted from vw.

the front seat belts have had the clasps removed as i fitted very early pistol clip vw clasps ,the belts slot in.

steering wheel is a 3L item with a custom etched and chromed steel centre ,whilst the rim magnesium is finished in the cars exterior colour.

few bit's n bob's still to come as they are never finished really ...

I have well over 10k in the car and that's doing most of the work myself, i'd hate to see how much the cost would be to have it built for you.

looking for oiro 9k, features with magazine's wanted details can be passed on.

mitch.
