I have rang BT and to be honest I would of got further if I rang churchill car insurance.Does anybody know of a number what I can ring which will put me in touch with an english person? treblet
Cancellations usually works There's a lot of other providers giving out better deals than BT at the moment but it depends on the area you live in.

RobG
sam knows will be able to tell you who's got stuff unbundled in your local exchange, i guess pick one and then tell bt where they can get off. ( http://www.samknows.com/broadband/index.php )I've just switched from BT to Sky as phone line and BB provider. I was with eclipse for broadband, never had any trouble from them, just the toss bags at BT who managed to completely fsck my account up in April, and it still hadn't managed to fix it. nfbr
Apparently my local exchange is already on the 'Rollout plan' for BT Infinity.
