vinjo
After I removed my Pipercross induction kit, I found the rubber ring in between the kit and throttle body was broken. I'm wondering what's the temperature on throttle body when the car is running? Can I use electric tape instead of the rubber ring? Will the electric tape be melted? If it'l melt, where can I get a new ring? Halfords? Many Thanks Edited May 29, 2010 by vinjo
jonnykell1980
it will be approx air temp in the engine bay, doubt halfords would do one that big. measure the diameter of the original and do an internet search.
