99hjhm
These instructions are from the guy who sells this on ebay.... If you bugger up yours, I'm not responsible!!Fitting instructions as per Lupo Gti - Polo procedure the sameFirstly the easiest way to fit is to remove your grill. (Flat Screwdriver and release 2 clips on top ofthe grill then pull forward)As you can see the the pvc trim has a flange to it and essentially this is pushed in between thebumper and grill. 1. Offer the length of trim round the bottom and sides of grill and trim to the desired length.2. Some models require the flange to have a 5 cut outs to fit round the lowerclips on the grill - see pic. Keep these cut out's and the length excess as they may be required later.Cut outs should be no deeper than halfay up the flange. 3. This is what you should end up with ready to fit.4. Refit the grill, fit the trim, then secure the grill again with the top two clips.5. RE: Cut out's & Length excess. After fitment, if you find that the trim is loose anywhere you can pack it out by placing a cut out or two on the flat flangeRelease the top two grill clips then push that part of the trim back in with a cut out on and secure top clips again.6. If you need only very minimal Packing, you can stick layers of electrial tape to the flat flange where the trim is loose.James.** ALL USER GUIDES ARE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE AUTHOR, NOT CLUB LUPO ** Edited October 10, 2010 by nfbr
