RobG
The big differences are : centre switches, on the old style dash they're mounted under the radio, on the newer style the cupholders are there and the switches are mounted under the heater controls.clocks, on the older models they have a white face, on the newer ones it's grey

electricpanda
My 54 plate had the new style, so does my 51plate GTi? Or are they standard on the gits?
jeyesh
Yep the dashboard change was in 2001.I'm guessing that everybody that had a Lupo that had a Lupo registered after 2001 on a X/Y reg (really depends on actual reg date imo) had the newer dash with the hazard above the heater vents. However, I know there are a couple of Gti's that are 2001 models but on a X reg so only they can confirm what they have!!The Gti model came into the Uk market in 2001 X/Y regs, so all of them should have it!Anything pre 2001 before Y reg, had the older style.
