CheColes Posted March 13, 2009 Author Report Share Posted March 13, 2009 Ive just renewed on my GTI Im 21 with 1 years no claims. Was paying 1200 last year, got quoted 641 this year! BUT because il be toying about with the suspension and wheels, when I asked the company that quoted me the 641 what itd cost it went upto 1420!!!! Sooooo now with a specialist modified car company paying 989 with the bf on it too and can to anything I want to it aslong as I tell them so its logged - at no extra cost chuffed!oh yeah? what insurance companys that?and its amazing how much the price goes down after a year!! cant wait to get a years driving down, things will be easier then Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Family run and VW nuts lol spoke to Gary and he was on about Ultimate Dubs, my car, wheels, my local vw club for ages lol so nice to talk to people that understand! Quote you on a BHP limit so you can modify it up to that BHP without paying anymore - cosmetics etc all free just have to ring and update when you do something so its recorded though. .Phase Posted March 15, 2009 Report Share Posted March 15, 2009 My mum had 27 years no claims!My brother insured his VTR under her name to get cheaper insurance, but he crashed and had to make a claim...Because he was a named driver we thought her no claims would be ok, but she lost all 27 years!She never claimed since she learnt to drive and now she lost em all :|I think we can all say what happened after my mum found out haha!
