Unheard
Well if you just want another Lupo you may as well make sure the its not a simple problem. Check the spark plugs, coil pack, leads, do an oil change and then put v-power in and give the car a good thrashing if that does not sort it then its probably time to get rid of it haha. dougless
i have already done an oil n filter change not that long ago!its drinking the oil and the smoke is really bad once the carswarmed up!I think you have answered your own question here. Most modern car engines consume very little oil in my limited experience. Blue smoke always used to be a sign of excessive oil consumption. My air cooled VW uses about a half a lt of oil every 1200 miles and shows no blue smoke.Excessive oil consumption is normally caused by either worn cylinder bores/rings or worn/hardened valve stem oil seals. There can be other causes, so as always with any diagnosis, try not to jump to conclusions.Good luck….
Defcon5
Change the oil again, but use something like Magnatec, in 10w-40 flavour and see if that makes a difference
