Cheers. Yeah, I took it off, it's only stuck on with sticky pads though, so it comes off quite easily. Then you need to melt the pins on the back and remove the VW bit, mask up the rubber edges and paint the hard plastic bit.

Seeing that picture again makes me realise how bad my exhaust was! Jubilee clips are for winners.

is that all thats holding the badge on? sticky pads?

Colour coded the black bit in the rear VW badge.

Well pleased with how it came out.

Suppose it would work out quite a bit with the plastic primer, colour and lacquer, but I already had all the paint so it was free really. ;)

I did that too, mines yellow. Love how mine turned out too :D
