Pepsi
Gave the Lupo a bit of a spruce up today. It still needs a machine polish, but might not get chance before it sells.I don't want to get rid, really grown on me in the last few weeks from my original opinion, stupid house needs a stupid roof

Guest Lauryn
Looking good! Some red piping around the grille would finish that off a treat imo!
Pepsi
Thanks for the replies!Yeah I keep meaning to get some of the grill tape but never get round to it!It's almost immaculate, theres the marks on the rear bumper that can be seen in one of the pics, some laquer peel on the lower bumper, only 20p piece size though, and some slight marks just n front of the rear wheels, although I think I can machine polish these out so not too much of an issue. For sale here if anyone is interested...:http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/552639.htm
cardaft
Thats really very nice indeed, lovely spec too. Shame you have to sell it after such a sort ownership, and by the look of it after you have just fitted new michelin boots all round!Nice GTi
Pepsi
Thanks Cardaft, Yep new PE2's all round!I know, you might have seen my moaning thread about not sure on keeping it, but the last few weeks it has grown on me a whole lot, the attention it draws, getting used to the car etc, it seemed to be fitting in nicely, but needing a new roof on my house means it has to go to free up some cash.Although I'm thinking of going to a mk2 golf next so I will still have a VW!
