mk1_polo Posted March 22, 2008 Report Share Posted March 22, 2008 bought an 02 reg arosa 16v sport a couple of weeks ago, the car hasnt got a plastic engine cover...is it meant to have one?what does it look like?how much are they?cost isnt a problem, the guy at the garage said he would pay for it if i order one from the dealers. Think of it as weight reduction. 1) All Lupo's / Arosa's have engine covers.2) They vary according to the engine.3) Call the stealers and get a quote although I wouldn't imaging much, there are second hand ones on Ebay or you can visit a scrappy.Nick. cardaft Posted March 30, 2008 Report Share Posted March 30, 2008 It depends what you define as an engine cover though, i think sports have a small one, just says 1.4 16v on, so if you have that then you have one.
