Next week the gti gets a VW-Motorsport manifold, a bastuck excaust and a lehmann-engine (dtc div. II 1600 original-race-engine based on avy) - exspecting 165 hp

the changes i´ve done last winter:

Racaro Pole Position, G60- Brakes, H&R Stabilizer, H&R/Bilstein Cup-Lupo Suspension, OZ Superturismo 7,5x16" & Continental Sportcontact 2 (195/40 ZR16) , Polyurethan ferrules, full (cuplupo) driving shaft at the right side, self-made ram-air inake behind the front grill

i´ve got a new account, because i lost my email-adress i registered with in 2006.

i still drive both lupos,

my GTI is now at 5,5kg/bhp

- 163,2 bhp

- 176 Nm

- 900 Kg

...and my Lupo 1.7 SDI got a new engine...

- 1,9 TDI (AXR)

- 150bhp

- 320 Nm

- 5L Diesel / 100km :)

Sweet! But why an ARL engine? AXR could possibly do the same bhp as the ARL, you only need different injectors and turbo. Seems much easier to me then a motor swap.
