Spacing the rears out on a Gti makes such an improvement to the look. Definetelly a good modification, you are lucky to be getting away with minimal rubbing at that offset though.

IMO there is not a bad modification on this car, if I were to buy another Gti, I would be knocking at the door of the this cars owners with the readies!

That is exactly what I wanted to do but thought 20mm would be too much on my 16x7.5 et35 rims.........are the BBS 7.5 wide too mate?

Same offset, width and tyre size as you Mike, need to monitor this as its run.

Cheers for the comments, as I say to Saz its the little things that count

How are you getting on with the wheels and the 20mm spacers?

Bumper looks good.....what is the black filler stuff you used?

The spacers are off at the mo, will be going on with some up front but may get the toffee hammer out!!

The black stuff is Loctite product, its a bumper repair product. Its a two part Polyurethane, I used it for the rear too. Not effected by impact and doesn't shrink/sink. The whole bumper was sponsored by my lovely company, Loctite, Teroson and Plastic Padding.

Final sand required and its done.

I did think A3 at first. :P:rolleyes:

Thought the rubstrips looked a bit off but thought I'd have a guess anyway, with A6 swaps being the usual.

Are the doors aluminium in the Audi then?
