Dave
Goes back to the oringal problems with warranties, is it wear and tear or not. Can't possibly see that they can say that it is wear and tear, as head lamp washers should last for life.Had trouble with mine recently, turned out to be a blown fuse on the main curcuit board that had caused the problem.Go and give a VW dealer grief, if there unresponsive, use the usual avenues, Trading Standards, Watchdog, VW UK etc.Good luck. Man3
My local dealer didn't batt an eyelid at sorting my washers, despite the fact that the previous owner had araldited one of the caps shut!
