Fitted the Pipercross induction kit, forgot how good that sounds. Roll on the road tax! LOL Want the Lupo finished, just not as much as I did before I decided to keep the Polo! Managed to get hold of some Eibach springs Friday so got them fitted after work. Often wondered by VW thought that adding an extra 35mm was a good idea. Tigz™ Posted February 12, 2009 Author Report Share Posted February 12, 2009 Finally got the manifold sorted, removed the flexi completely, as it made it sound like a bag of bolts.Descided to replace the rusty old exhaust while I was at it.Magnaflow system built by a chap in Doncaster.Really nice looking thing, couldn' tell you if it rattles anymore, the sound it makes is too loud Put the largest rear box he had on, wih no centre box.Left the CAT in place though.Gonna get it reworked though, its as loud as the old side pipe I had on the Lupo! Tigz™ Posted March 9, 2009 Author Report Share Posted March 9, 2009 Picked up a sub enclosure I bought to go in the Lupo today.Popped it in the Polo's boot to take it home and it fit nicely so gonna make use of it until 2015 when the Lupo is done lolNeeds a bit of work, the speaker ring needs to be further out, hopefully I can space it out enough to give me that little extra clearance for the stupid over sized basket, if not it'll have to be arse out again.
