Petrified
Does anyone have a wiring diagram of the fuse box?would also help if anyone had a pic of whats on the back of the fuse box cover (lost mine!)where it shows pictures of the fueses and a list of what they are.I want to start pulling fueses out for things that I'm not using anymore and eventually remove the wiring for it.I'm having a bit of a nightmare with the ecu wiring so thought I ould give this a go tomorrow. Petrified
I might just remove the fueses for things I'm not using then.and leave any wiring. them fuses must weigh a bit eh? style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> may be worth copying and pasting the good bits of this thread and putting them in the how-to and information forum? dxg
When you're stripping out the wiring heading back from the ciggie lighter fuse to the lighter socket itself, could you let me know if there's another fuse in there somewhere. My lighter socket's dead, yet the fuse is fine.Cheers,Deek.

dxg
theres not another fusehave you pulled the lighter socket out and checked the wiring on the back and to make sure it's plugged in properly? As far as I can tell, that requires the central console to come out which in turn requires the bottom half of the dash to come out. I was going to do it today, but I'm stuck working now. I have "continuity" from the ground pin of the fuse to the ring around the outside of the socket. Can't work out the same for the +ve side as the ciggie lighter is stuck in the socket. I'm thinking that the socket's buggered. Thanks for looking, though.Deek.
