Hi i've just rgistered to be able to post on here and just thought i'd say hi.I bought myself a black Lupo gti just over a week ago and have been trying to find a site for the little fun boxes.I used to have a 106 rallye so used the `peugeot-gti` website before and this place seems very similar.

So anyone from west yorkshire that i should look out for? I know Breals from bradford. tongue.gif style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

Hi mate, mine was the origional and best, 1.3 in white, white 15inch speedline chronos lowered, stripped out rear, red harnesses pugsport grp n rally spec exhaust (spits and pops a plenty!).It was rapid as **** i loved it.I kinda wish i'd kept it but it wasnt the most reliable of things as most peugeots are!

I'll get some pics if you want, theres a few on `peugeot-gti`.net in members gallery.

I love my loopy more though, i never realised how fast the little buggers were, i could get into trouble with the little rascal!

Hi twisty mate, yeah that was me.Hows it going then mate?

So i have a few questions now i'm on here.My loopys totally standard at the minute but i want to do some very subtle changes.I want to lower it a touch, which springs does everyone recomend? And the badges from the back have been stolen and was wondering how much replacements were? Oh and does anyone have a pic of a black gti lowered with slightly tinted windows?

I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that if they want to really improve the handling of the Lupo that they fit matched springs *and* dampers.

A good, decently priced `all-round` choice is `Koni-Eibachs`. Damping adjustable, they're not too harsh and provide an excellent improvement in ride and handling, aswell as height.

Obviously you've got the fully adjustable choices aswell. If your after the cheaper option then go with the springs, but for an extra £`150-200`, why compromise? biggrin.gif style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

Welcome Andy, btw smile.gif style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> Used to own a 106XSi (the 1.4) before I had my LupoGTi - superb cars, I was looking for a 106 Rallye (again, the original) for a second car to the Elise, but I struggled to find a decently priced unmodified one...
